AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLCis Plaintiff and LUIS E. VENEGAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS E. VENEGAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK, N.A.,SUCCESSOR BY MERGER CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; VILLAGIO AT ESTERO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 28 day of December, 2012 at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 15-202, OF VILLAGIO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGE 4271, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGE 4397, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
