JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RAUL LINARES A/K/A RAUL E. LINARES; LUCY LINARES A/K/A LUCY A. LINARES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 45, UNIT 5, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
