BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and JAMINETTE LABOY N/K/A JAMINETTE LOPEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMINETTE LABOY N/K/A JAMINETTE LOPEZ; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., January 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
