NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Re-scheduling Foreclosure Sale dated, November 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-9350-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and FRANCISCO ALVAREZ and RITA A. CARIDA, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, as successor by merger to WACHOVIA BANK, NA, and UNKNOWN TENANTare Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 4, 2013 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 33 of Harbor Club, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 14638 at page 532 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with said declaration.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
