NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-007570 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Anthony Fernandez; Unknown Tenant NKA Brandon Waldroup; and Itopia Private Residences Condominium Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 15, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 06-604, of Itopia Private Residences a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14086, Page 400, Inclusive and all exhibits and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in the exhibits to the Declaration of Condominium.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
