NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit A, Building 3400, as shown on Condominium plat of CRYSTAL LAKE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 80, Pages 5 through 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed October 18, 1974 in Official Records Book 5862, Pages 737 through 770, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 3400 Crystal Court East, #A, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34685.
