1974 “GRAN” mobile home,
VIN #H1436 and Title #11480141.
and on December 27, 2012, at 355 Mandalay Drive, Largo, FL 33770, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid personal property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord.
