NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-013340-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Vantage Point Condominium Owners' Association,Inc. is Plaintiff, and Maria Tamayo, Andres Diaz and Unknown Tenant, n/k/a Tika Davis are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 11, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 1134, VANTAGE POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 15234, Page 601, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
