NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-000326-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Westlake Village Civic Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Sean S. Somerfield and Unknown Tenant n/k/a Amanda Somerfield are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 11, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 2, Westlake Village, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 71, Pages 64-72, Inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
