NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2012 and Order to Cancel and Reschedule Sale dated November 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002098 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BRADEN WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and RANSOM ROWE is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 4, BRADEN WOODS SUBDIVISION, PHASE I, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 5, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida; the street address of which is: 6222 Braden Run Bradenton, FL 34202.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
