NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007747 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RREF RB ACQUSITIONS-FL, LLC is Plaintiff, and PALMETTO ESTATES, INC., MANATEE MOCCASIN WALLOW, INC., DAVID P. LEWIS, BARBARA P. LEWIS, DPL DEVELOPMENT, INC., DL HOMES, LLC and PALMETTO ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 21 and 23, Block D, PALMETTO ESTATES SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 20 through 29, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
