NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 19, 2012, in Case No. 41-2011-CA-006421 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Michael T. Opeka, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 19th day of December, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 48 feet of Lot 15 and the North 21 feet of Lot 16, Block 7, SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 80, 80A, 80B, 80C of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
