NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2011-CA-007731 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 19th day of December, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 6036, PEBBLE SPRINGS CLUSTER IV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 895, PAGE 731, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT THREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
