UNIT 511, RIVER DANCE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1960, PAGE 4183, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2221, PAGE 7829, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGES 84 THROUGH 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE “CONDOMINIUM PLAT”).
and commonly known as: 808 3RD AVE W,, BRADENTON, FL 34205; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January, 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
