LAUE, PATRICIA A. LAUE and SUNTRUST BANK, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on December 21, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs:
