NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012636, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-08 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and ROMMELO P. JOSE; HEATHER GLEN PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; MICHAEL W. SOUTA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 27th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, BLOCK A, HEATHER GLEN PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
