FEILER A/K/A JAMES FEILER; KIMBERLY R. FEILER A/K/A KIMBERLY FEILER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES OVER THE WEST 20 FEET THEREOF AS DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1614, PAGE 2929, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
