NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2012, entered in Case No. 2012-CC-3209 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JET PARK MOBILE HOME OWNERS ASSOC., INC., is the Plaintiff, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Foreclosure Sale conducted at Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Room 2700, 2nd Floor, Clerk-Cashier/Annex, Bradenton, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 229, Jet Mobile Home Park, Section One, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1282, Page 1596 through 1666, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid or $1,000.00, whichever is less. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 pm. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
