OWB REO, LLC is Plaintiff and ROBERT E. LEE, JR.; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KIRK D. LEE, DECEASED; AARON ZAHURANCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIRK D. LEE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR IMPAC FUNDING CORPORATION D/B/A IMPAC LENDING GROUP; are defendants.
