NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 009187 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, MIGUEL VILLA, JR., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 55, LAMP POST PLACE, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 149 THROUGH 151, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
