Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-1801-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 2314, Building 23, THE OASIS AT NAPLES, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4107, Page 183, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
