NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 013688 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and SERGIO ROBLES; MIRIAM MICHELLE ROBLES; LAUREL OAK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; LAUREL OAK COUNTRY CLUB, INC., are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 17th day of December, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 104, LAUREL OAK ESTATES, SECTION 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 11, 11A THROUGH 11M, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
