NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2012 and an Agreed Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 021331 NC (C) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and BROOKSIDE APARTMENTS, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A JEFFREY ABRAHAM; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION # 2 N/K/A JAMES MORTON; are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 19th day of December, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, SOUTH GATE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
