SUMMER GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation,
Plaintiff, vs. COURTNEY G. NEUBAUER and MARY F. NEUBAUER,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2011 CA 009384-NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 104, SUMMER GREEN, Section 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1195, Page 2097, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Pages 12, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on December 31, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
