Unit 2724-A, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1368, Pages 1482-1546, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 14, Pages 16, 16A-16H, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you, an you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Greenspoon Marder, P.A., Default Department, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is Trade Centre South, Suite 700, 100 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33909, and the file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, in THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW on or before January 7, 2013; otherwise, a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
