NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008505 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM BARTLETT SCOVILLS, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JEAN LINKOW REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 5, 1995; JEAN LINKOW; LANDINGS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED; THE LANDINGS CARRIAGEHOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; LANE JUSTIN ELKINS; SHELLEY E. NAMER; UNKNOWN BENEFICARIES OF THE JEAN LINKOW REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 5, 1995; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 66, THE LANDINGS CARRIAGEHOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1410, PAGE 2027, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 35, 35A THROUGH 35D, AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
