NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 011274 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and DOLORES J. PAINCHAUD, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE DOLORES J. PAINCHAUD REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 24, 2002; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; PARK APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DOLORES J. PAINCHAUD REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 24, 2002; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APT. 107, PARK APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 816, PAGE 988, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
