NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-05560, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY S. GRESENS A/K/A TIMOTHY GRESENS; DARLENE M. GRESENS A/K/A DARLENE GRESENS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8988, 8989 AND THE EASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 8990, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 32 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
