NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001720 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST
2006-WMC4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC4 is the Plaintiff and HAI HOANG VU A/K/A HAI VU; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE CORP.; UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a emily tian; unknown tenant (s); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
