DERR; SARASOTA SURF & RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3 AND TENANT #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered on September 24, 2012 in Case No. 2011 CA 009632 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which North America Life Insurance Company is Plaintiff, and Dennis D. Derr, et al are Defendants, I, Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Unit 102, Building D, Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 896, Pages 784 as amended thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 45, 45A and 45B as amended in Condominium Book 6, Pages 5 and 5A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The sale will be held on December 27, 2012, at 9:00AM to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Judge Lynn Silvertooth Sarasota County Courthouse in Sarasota, Florida in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
