NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-001672 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ABNISE JOSEPH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 12 of COVINGTON PARK PHASE 2A UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
