NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-001134 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2006RZ4 was the Plaintiff and JERRY AHEDO, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
