NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-016451, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RICHARD T. FOSTER; LEERAE O. FOSTER; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 100, FISHHAWK RANCH PHASE 2, PARCEL I-I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
