NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 26, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-016109 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and ANDREW MARK ALFONSO A/K/A ANDREW ALFONSO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW MARK ALFONSO A/K/A ANDREW ALFONSO N/K/A MONICA ALFONSO; KINGS GATE OF BRANDON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHIMBERG HOMES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; KINGS GATE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on DECEMBER 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, KINGS GATE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGES 188 -191, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
