B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, MARIA RUIZ, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15TH day of JANUARY 2013, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 646, PARKCREST HARBOUR ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14790, PAGE 622, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
