NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Sale dated November 1, 2012, and a Final Summary Judgment dated September 14, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-003257, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein LOANCARE SERVICING CENTER, INC., is Plaintiff and WALFRE RONNY URRUTIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALFRE RONNY URRUTIA, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; OAKS AT GRANADA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 21st day of December, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 102, IN BUILDING 13 #7010, OF OAKS AT GRANADA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFCIAIL RECORDS BOOK 17340, AT PAGE 1626, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
