NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-004705 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff, and SABA H. AGELACHEW A/K/A SABA AGELACHEW A/K/A SABA H. ANGELACHEW, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3C, Block 2, CARROLL OAKS, according to the map or plat, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 74, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
