NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-016499, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST, NA AS TRUSTEE OF HVMLT 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA; PEDRO HERNANDEZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A DINARYN GOMEZ; TENANT #2 N/K/A JORGE GOMEZ; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; EULALIA SUAREZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHEATHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 1 WOODBRIDGE PARK UNIT NO.3 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
