NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 5, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-002566 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Yale Mortgage Corporation, A Florida Corporation, is Plaintiff, and Shaun A. Bland, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, in Block 14, of Town N' Country Park Unit No. 4, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, at Page 25, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
