NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-006157 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Delice D. Davis; Jane Doe, n/k/a Toshanda Moore; and John Doe, n/k/a Maurice Moore, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 8, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 395, OF FERN CLIFF SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PORTION THEREOF LYING NORTHWESTERLY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE: BEING AT A POINT 46.0 FEET SOUTH AND 60.25 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 396 OF SAID FERN CLIFF SUBDIVISION, AND RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 96.43 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF AFORESAID LOT 395, WHICH POINT IS 17.62 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY OF THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 395 (MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 396).
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
