THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 11, AND ALL OF LOT 12, BLOCK 17, INTERBAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ON THE SOUTH AND LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTHERLY EXTENSIONS OF NORTH LINE OF THE WEST 25 FEET OF SAID LOT 11 AND THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 12 IF EXTENDED TO LOT LINE OF SAID VACATED ALLEY.
