Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 30, 2012, in Case No.: 2010-021371 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit In and For Hillsborough County, Florida, in which TBOM Mortgage Holding, LLC is the Plaintiff, and RONALD SERVIDIO, et al., are the Defendants, I, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Hillsborough County:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 100, Terrace Park Subdivision, Unit No. 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 16, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on January 23, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
