Final Judgment was awarded on December 29, 2011 in Civil Case No.:10-CA-000671, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET LOAN OBLIGATION TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and, LILIA BELALCAZAR; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDO ASSOCIATION; HSBC MORTGAGE CORP. USA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 19, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE DECRIBED DWELLING UNIT.
