NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Favor of County Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 31st day of October, 2012, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 21, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 62, Block 6, COUNTRY HILLS UNIT ONE C, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, at Page 21 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 4720 Westwind Drive, Plant City, Florida 33566 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
