NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29 2010 CA 006945 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Lorraine Spence a/k/a Lorraine M. Spence, Kings Lake Neighborhood Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation, Clevan A. Spence, The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
