NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-013269 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005RS6, is Plaintiff, and STEVEN HOWARD ALLISON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13 and a Southerly portion of Lot 14, Block B-7 of TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 66-68, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; said Southerly portion of Lot 14 included above described as beginning at the Southwest corners of said Lot 14; thence Northwesterly 25.00 feet along the Westerly boundary of said Lot 14; thence Northeasterly 127.80 feet in a straight line to the Easterly line of Lot 14 to a point lying 28.00 feet Southeast of the Northeast corner of Lot 14; thence Southeasterly 43.68 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 14; thence Southwesterly 115.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
