RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008CA013719 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MARSHA D. KUHN A/K/A MARSHA DENISE KUHN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 6, VILLAGE XIII, UNIT 1 OF CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE III, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
