NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 6, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-013851 I of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and ROLAND ORTEGA; JENNIFER ORTEGA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 98, BELMAR ISLAND UNIT REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
