NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-010837, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-J7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-J7, is Plaintiff and STEVEN P. SIMMONS A/K/A STEVEN PAUL SIMMONS A/K/A STEVEN SIMMONS; ANN LOUISE D'ARRIGO A/K/A ANA LUISE SIMMONS; TINA M. SIMMONS; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; HARRIS, N.A.; LOGAN GATE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JASON THOMPSON, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 226, OF LOGAN GATE VILLAGE - PHASE II - UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, AT PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
