MARSHALL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FAITH T. MARSHALL; MIRABAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER MARSHALL, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
